Bill Monroe and three other partners founded DSS in 1978 after several years of collaboration with the Dallas Police Department. All of our proprietors, including VP of Operations Kevin Meadows and VP of Sales Ray Cherry, each have more than 30 years of experience in the security sector and are actively involved in running the business. We believe that when you treat employees well, that will be reflected in the work we do for our customers as well.
