Why did the customer contact us?
Customer is opening a new location and wants a standalone keypad for access control at exterior door similar to other locations.
Solutions provided:
A Securitron entry system with access control keypad was installed at 2 entry doors. After install system was programmed, tested and customer was trained how to use the system. A month later, at the same location, DSS was hired to demo the existing control panel and reroute and run wire to install and program a new Sicunet access panel.
