Why did the customer contact us?
Customer asked us to remove existing Napco alarm panel and install new DMP XT50 panel and provide monitoring.
Solutions provided:
Dallas Security Systems, Inc. wired in all zones from existing panel, programmed, and tested system. We also replaced the 3 pull-apart contacts on overhead doors with rail mount and the motion detector over the front entry and the keypad. Afterwards, we trained our customer on the DMP keypad and app control. The customer's business is also receiving monitoring.
