Customer contacted us because they could not connect to the DMP app on their phone.
We successfully updated the panel firmware on the customer's phone (iOS) and their virtual keypad app. We had to go to a setting in “Login Security” called “Save User Code” that was essentially telling his app to login with a code that he had updated causing a connection timeout when trying to arm. We verified with the customer that the app functionality and user codes were appropriately reflected on both app as well as keypad. While on site the customer also requested us to replace the keypad in the kitchen because although the volume setting was on maximum, the keypad would not chime when an entry delay was initiated.
