Customer requested to have a technician come out to check on the card reader for the main door.
We ensured that the voltages were good, and the reader was working correctly. However, the customer reported that the crash bar made a noise, indicating that the hardware in the crash bar might be the issue. Upon reviewing the software, we noticed that network 2 was not communicating. We went to the panel to reset the network and verified that everything was working properly.
