Customer contacted us to troubleshoot one of their gates that was malfunctioning.
We accessed the gate controller and found that the loop detectors were unplugged at the gate motor. So, we reconnected the transformer, verified that the gate loops were working, and corrected the programming on gate down output for time zone triggers. Upon completion of the job we verified that gate operation for exit and entry was working.
