Customer called in because their intercom was not working.
Customer called in because their intercom was not working. We checked the call box at the front door and found the unit was dead then checked the file room and found the rack was dead. Next, we found the 110 plug at the wall and verified the power was good. Finally, we reseated the UPS power plug and the system powered back up. As always, we verified with client that equipment was working.
