Paul Aquilina is a native of Garden City, Michigan. He grew up in Mesquite, Texas, and currently resides in Forney, Texas.
He joined Dallas Security Systems in 1994. His first position with DSS was in the Central Station where he quickly advanced from Central Station Operator to Shift Supervisor. Paul was transferred into the DSS Service Department as Assistant to the Service Manager and then promoted again to Computer Services Engineer. He was named IT Manager in 2003.
Mr. Aquilina attended Computer Learning Center and earned his certificate in Network Engineering and Management. In 1999, he became a Microsoft Certified Professional.
He has been involved with most of DSS’ largest projects for the past twenty plus years. He is a certified Technician for Aiphone, AMAG, Avigilon, Brivo, Digital Watchdog, DSX Access Control, Honeywell Enterprise, Pelco Endura/Video XPert, and many others.
