Called in the morning for service on access system. Scott D. arrived same day to fix our problem. Scott was courteous and very knowledgeable on the system. Scott adjusted the timers for the door which solved our issued. Great service as always from DSS.

Called after several doors on the building I manage stopped working. We have a maintenance contract with DSS and I was not sure this would get covered. They showed up within two hours and covered the repairs that they made immediately. Special thanks to the technician Scott D.

Always great to have DSS come out to help us out. Scott D has serviced us for that last couple of years and he's great. Always asks if there is anything more he can do whenever he visits when we need some technical work.

Scott D. has always taken care of my system and is so nice and professional. He knows my alarm system and is always willing to explain what he did If I don’t know the buttons on the keypad, he will teach me. Scott and DSS are the best!
