Repaired Remote Release Buttons for a Corporate Building

Customer requested Dallas Security Systems to repair their remote release buttons. Dallas Security Systems reprogrammed the remotes as well as two older remotes that were from a different receiver. Before leaving the site, we tested all remotes to ensure they worked properly.

Card Reader for an Academy

Customer requested a technician come out to check on the card reader for the main door, so we ensured that the voltages were good, and the reader was working correctly. However, the customer reported that the crash bar made a noise, indicating that the hardware in the crash bar might be the issue. Upon reviewing the software, we noticed that network 2 was not communicating. We went to the panel to reset the network and verified that everything was working properly.

Badge Access at a Custom Compounder Company

Client called in because they were having issues with their badge access system. Dallas Security Systems successfully replaced the parent and child panel. We checked the wiring and had to correct dip switches to get the system back up and running. At the end of the job, we checked to make sure all equipment was communicating and functioning properly.
