• Comment: I had the pleasure of having Spencer fix my front door which would not allow my alarm to be activated. He took the time to find the best solution to fix the problem. After he was done, he tried to shake the door from the inside and outside to see if the problem had been corrected which it was. He also gave me a quick explanation of how my keypad works!!!
